Section 9 (Page 8) of the WASPA code of conduct requires us to provide certain information to all users of our service. The required information can be found on this page
  1. Enter as many times as you want.
  2. Only entries from Vodacom, MTN and Cell C are accepted (ie RSA mobile netowrks only). Entries from other networks are ignored
  3. Draw pool closes midnight every day. SMS entries received after midnight will be included in the next day's draw pool.
  4. The actual draw will take place midnight one day after the actual day of entries.
  5. The results will be published daily on http://www.holidayaday.co.za/results.php after the winner furnished his / her name and delivery address. (Only names will be published)
  6. Winners will be notified by SMS shortly after the draw, and an address will be requested for delivery of your holiday voucher by Registered Mail.
  7. Vouchers issued in terms of this offer will expire generally within a year of issue.
  8. Draws are done randomly each day by automated computer script, consisting of a list of all the received entries for the day, where one number will be picked at random. Draws are final; no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. A draw day will start at 00:00:00 and end 23:59:59.
  10. Draws will run every day, seven days a week all year round. No draw holidays.
  11. Delivery of winning holiday vouchers may be dependant on public holidays, or your actual physical location.
  12. If you can't use your voucher you may transfer it to a friend. Vouchers are not issued to a name, and are deemed valid to the bearer. (Bearer Voucher)
  13. A SMS will cost R5.00 per SMS, including VAT and is non refundable.
  14. Free minutes or messages does not apply - VAS rates apply
  15. In the event where not enough entries are received for the day to break even the entries will be carried over to the next day
  16. The competion is run by Daily Ventures and can be contacted on the contact page.
  17. If you are a winner your will receive full instructions on reserving your holiday in the hotel / resort of your choice from those available on your desired dates of travel.
  18. Travel, meals and any other extras are for your own account, as the prize is an accomodation only voucher
